The room was reasonably large and quiet, had essentials, like a shower, hairdryers, and towels.

The rooms were spotless and nicely furnished, plus the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak.

The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed during our stay. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were a few small items left behind from previous guests that should have been removed. The noise from the road traffic was quite loud in the rooms, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night.

The location was favourable, next to restaurants, drug store and groceries, the cruise port in New Orleans, and the hospital.

I recently stayed at Pelican Inn for a quick weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast wifi, which made it easy for me to stay connected during my stay. The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was noticeable and appreciated. The spacious room and convenient parking were added bonuses, making it easy for me to come and go as I pleased. Although the hotel didn't offer breakfast, using a food delivery service like DoorDash was a great alternative. Lastly, the hotel's understanding and quick refund due to a family emergency was truly touching. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room, brand new hotel with modern amenities. The AC worked well and the bed sheets were clean. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom, it was a nice place to relax during a storm. We were also grateful for the early check-in. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
